Brandi passante was a star of reality television after appearing on A&E reality program "Storage Wars". The show also featured her ex-boyfriend Jarrod who is now her husband as well. They were able to propel them to fame on the mainstream. Storage lockers, which are rented out to tenants who had not paid rent in the past three months, are auctioned off in the show. Brandi and Jarrod of the Now and Then Thrift Store in Orange California were part of this show hoping to get some cheap storage units. But they had no clue they would become celebrities in the real world! It was a huge success because the couple, who had a very shrewd approach to their bids throughout the entire episode were able to become stars. The success of reality TV helped the couple's business, and allowed them to expand. After their appearance on "Storage Wars," a spin off show 'Brandi & Jarrod: Married to the Work" was produced specifically for their show.
